| ADVENTURE PARK |
The adventure park will be a mini theme park of action sports geared towards children. This park will be set up by the company Festa e Aventura (www.festaeaventura.com.br), which has as its aim to offer action sport activities to children. The programme seeks to develop interest in these sports in the children, as well as working with the control of fear, the contact with nature and many other senses. The provision of this kind of activity will be very important to the event, because it will have the function of introducing these sports and possibilities to the children of the sertao, who have little access to this type of information, even though many of them live in perfect places for the practice of these activities.
The park will include:
HANG-GLIDER SIMULATOR
The simulator is composed of a system of levers, like a see-saw, where on one side is located the hang-glider and on the other a counter-weight and the simulator’s operator. It turns 360o, apart from going up and down. In a certain position it provides a frame for a photograph which gives the impression that the child is really flying. The frame shows an excellent area on the hang-glider for propaganda.
Ideal Age:
- For children up to the age of 7.

CLIMBING WALL WITH ZIP LINE
An 8 metre high structure with 2 side bunners and 1 at the back. The wall is composed of 2 climbing routes made up of holds of professional standards, its security system observing the standard used in climbing operations and vertical techniques.
After climbing the 8 metre high wall, the person will then go on to descend by zip line or by rappel.
At all times the climber will be helped by instructors who will be at the base and on the transition platform at the top of the wall.
Ideal Age: Any child above the age of 2 years can take part. Adults are also welcome.

RAPPEL WORKSHOPS
They will be carried out on the climbing wall. After the climb up, the child will be able to descend using rappel techniques. The control can be done both by the monitors as well as by the child himself, always, of course, assisted by the monitor.
Ideal age: Adults and children over the age of 7.
